The moment before bloom.
Its inspiration comes from one precise moment: the instant before a tulip opens.
The petals begin to separate. Light enters the form. Something hidden starts to reveal itself.
Flowing surfaces overlap. Open spaces appear between them. Gold follows soft, organic lines while diamonds become restrained points of light.
The tulip is never copied literally. Its feeling becomes the form.
