How to return your piece

Your return in five steps

   Let us know

   Tell us about your return — using our online form or simply by e-mail to info@vantol.ch, stating your order number. No reason needed.

   Pack it carefully

   Pack the jewellery securely for transport. The original packaging is recommended if you still have it, but it is not required.

3. 3

   Enclose your order number

   Add your order number or a copy of your order confirmation, so we can match your return quickly.

4. 4

   Send it within 20 days

   Ship the parcel no later than 20 days after receiving it to the address below, with the certificate and all documents. We recommend a tracked service with insurance appropriate to the value. The direct cost of returning the item is borne by you.

   Receive your refund

   We refund you within the statutory period, using the same payment method you paid with — as soon as your return has arrived or you have shown that you sent it. No handling or restocking fee.
