Your country is not listed? Then it cannot be selected at checkout yet. Write to us at info@vantol.ch and we will let you know when we deliver there.

Shipping is always free — to every delivery country, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, customs and import duties of the destination country may apply — these are not shipping costs.

10–20 working days

Unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page. Many pieces are made or assembled after you order — that time is already included.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The delivery time starts on the first working day after your order and payment.

   Order

   You place your order and receive a confirmation by e-mail.

   Preparation

   Your piece is made or prepared for you.

   Dispatch

   Once your parcel is on its way, you receive the tracking details by e-mail, where the carrier offers them.

   Delivery

   Your parcel arrives — usually within 10 to 20 working days in total.

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you the tracking information electronically, where the carrier provides it.

Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, write to us promptly at info@vantol.ch, ideally with photos of the packaging and the piece.
